• Are these pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, the pottery pieces are functional and the glazes are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, there can be a different issue with dishwashers. Please use caution. There is a risk of thermal shock (sudden temperature change from high heat to an open, fast-cooling dishwasher) which would crack the piece in two. I have not heard this happening from my customers but the possibility does exist.
